Who We Are

LCG is a specialized consulting firm providing water and wastewater utility and environmental permitting support services providing specialized utility O&M support and staff training services, environmental compliance project management and permitting support services, specialized water resources management permitting services, and compliance inspection verification services to support government, commercial and industrial customers, and private property owners.

LCG has over 75 years of combined water and wastewater utility O&M experience, which includes facility optimization, permit compliance, staff training, project management, environmental permitting, resource management and water/wastewater/stormwater utility asset management experience.  LCG has a proven track record, specialized expertise and extensive experience in developing, implementing and managing wastewater Industrial Pretreatment (IP) Program and Fats Oils & Grease (FOG) Programs for government agencies, as well as supporting and managing program requirements and assets for commercial customers.  LCG provides specialized water resource services that include Well Water Use Permitting to support our clients.  LCG provides stormwater management and permitting support services to commercial customers, Third Party Inspections and Vendor Compliance Reporting for commercial customers, and wastewater as LCG believes in taking ownership in the services we provide. Our inspection team takes compliance to a higher level, providing services with pride and the sense of urgency to protect assets and to allow for quick remedial action by the client to reduce liability exposure.et management services for private clients. LCG provides 3rd party verification and inspection services for our clients, so they have knowledge and confirmation that their contractors and vendors are performing services in accordance with scope-of-work and program requirements. In addition, ensuring that all work is being performed to all applicable federal, state and local regulatory requirements, and at the level expected to maintain and protect their assets and minimize their liability. LCG performs 3rd party verification and inspection services through visual inspection, records research and fully documents all aspects of the services performed, providing the client with written transparency of the services performed and current conditions of their assets.

LCG has an extensive knowledge of all wastewater, stormwater and FOG systems and their compliance requirements. These systems include, but not limited to; oil water separators (OWSs), grease removal devices (GRDs) which include grease traps/ interceptors, lift station and sump pump units, groundwater recovery systems, stormwater detention and retention ponds, stormwater proprietary systems, engineered stormwater systems, and stormwater lift stations with back-up generator systems.

All LCG inspectors have first-hand industry training and knowledge which allows for precision inspections and reporting. LCG inspectors are field ready to provide immediate communication, digital media photo-documentation, electronic information/data uploading, and remote server applications to provide quick reporting and notifications of urgent situations to reduce client exposure to potential liability.

LCG also provides Owner Representation when needed. Whether it’s a system replacement or an emergency response, LCG can be on site to verify contractor expenditures, work hours, progress of work, reporting, photo journals, invoice verifications, representation and communication with federal, state and local authorities.
